Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of AI Calling CRM, including lead management, reminder, calling, communication and Meta Lead Ads lead retrieval features.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AI Calling CRM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that business.

2. Description of service

AI Calling CRM provides tools for lead capture, lead retrieval, calling workflows, reminders, assignment, notes, lead status management, reporting and customer communication. Features may change over time.

3. Authorized use

You agree to use AI Calling CRM only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • Use the service to send spam, unlawful messages, abusive content or misleading communication.
  • Upload, retrieve or process data without proper notice, consent or legal authority.
  • Attempt to access data, accounts, systems or integrations that you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with the security, availability or performance of the service.
  • Use lead data for purposes different from the purpose disclosed to the user without proper consent.

4. Meta Lead Ads and lead retrieval

If you connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts or Meta Lead Ads integrations, you are responsible for ensuring that your lead forms, ads, privacy disclosures and follow-up practices comply with applicable law and Meta’s platform policies. You must provide a clear privacy policy link and disclose how submitted lead data will be used.

You may use retrieved lead data only to respond to the specific inquiry or purpose for which the user submitted the form, unless you have obtained additional valid consent for another purpose.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

6. Customer and lead data

Businesses using AI Calling CRM remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions associated with the customer and lead data they enter, import or retrieve. We process such data to provide the CRM service and related support.

7. Communication compliance

If you contact leads by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other channels, you are responsible for complying with applicable telecom, anti-spam, privacy and consent rules. You should honor opt-out, deletion and correction requests promptly.

8. Security

You must use reasonable security practices, including strong passwords, limited user access and careful handling of exported data. You must not share credentials or allow unauthorized users to access lead data.

9. Third-party services

AI Calling CRM may integrate with third-party services such as Meta, WhatsApp providers, telephony providers, email providers or analytics tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, policy changes or data handling outside our control.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, modify or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We aim to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Calling CRM is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create security risk, violate law, or breach platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Updates to terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.
